Simply stated, the AIPBA believes in a fair and level playing field. That's why we invite the input and associate membership of shippers, regulated interstate motor carriers, owner-operators and company drivers. AIPBA seeks to create networking opportunities for all the players to share concerns, get together and iron out their differences, and do business.
But, we believe that doing business doesn't have to be a matter of broker-versus-shipper. It should be more about teamwork, fairness and integrity.
We're reaching out to other trade groups like ATA, OOIDA and NITL that represent the interests of carriers, truckers and shippers in the hopes of fighting fraud, encouraging and ensuring ethical business practices, and creating fair and balanced model contracts among carriers, property brokers and shippers.
AIPBA is a resource to anyone interested in joining or learning more about the Industry.
